Business Bay

Business Bay is being developed as a commercial, residential, and business cluster along a new extension of the famous Dubai Creek extending from Ras Al Khor to Sheihk Zayed Road.

Covering an area of 64 million square feet of land, Business Bay will have several office and residential towers set in landscaped gardens and interspersed with a network of roads, pathways and canals.

Providing a highly conducive environment and infrastructure, the project welcomes businesses from around the world to establish their local, regional and international headquarters in Dubai, particularly in Business Bay.

Dubai’s Business Bay will be similar in nature to world-renowned business centers of Manhattan (New York, USA) and Ginza (Tokyo, Japan).
